Take Your Child to a Bookstore Day

It's never too early to instill a love of reading and books in a child's life. Saturday, December 3rd is the national "Take Your Child to a Bookstore Day."  If you don't have a child or children, like me, then take a niece, nephew, cousin, grandchild, friend, or neighbor to a bookstore. My older niece and nephew will be out-of-town attending a high school championship football game, so I'm planning to take my twin four-year-old nieces to a bookstore. Should be an interesting outing because one loves anything dealing with animals and dinosaurs, and the other is a little diva (yeah she takes after her auntie - she actually has quite the collection of purses, jewelry and we won't even discuss her hair accessories) and loves all things glamorous, as well as fairies and princesses.
